RETURN POLICY
A prerequisite for the return of products is the demonstration of the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice). Before proceeding to return the product you must contact our call centre at 2109408880.
1) Defective Products / Shipping of Incorrect Products In case of a defective product, please call us at 210 94 08 880 to find out how the product will be replaced. Our company will replace the product if the legal requirements are met and the terms of the company’s return policy are respected. Below we set out the terms and conditions and ways of returning non-defective products in cases where an error has been made by us:
1. The date of submission of the return request must not exceed 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. The application must be sent by e-mail to info@redumed.gr with relevant details and the contact number so that a member of our company can contact the customer for clarifications.
3. The product must not have been opened or used, it must be in the original (factory) condition in which it was delivered to you in its original, undamaged packaging. Once received by us, we will check its condition and if it does not meet the above conditions, the return will not be accepted. The final decision on the condition of the product is solely up to our company.
4. In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document. Note: In case of returning products at the request of the customer and if the above conditions are met, the customer is solely responsible for the transport costs.
2) Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you acquired physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform our company, located at 13 Menemenis 13, 177 78, Tavros, Attica, (email: info@redumed.gr) of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. a letter to be sent by email). You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory. The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3k of L. 2251/1994 does not apply
(a) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire soon;
b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery,
(c) the supply of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised and
(d) the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the deadline. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt – invoice). If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the consumer’s account will be updated (credited) within 30 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the money we have received from you for the cost of the products, excluding delivery costs or other additional costs due to your choice of delivery method or payment method (cash on delivery) with additional costs, without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund. In the case of cash on delivery, you must indicate the account to which you want the amount to be deposited. “We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first.” You must send back the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day you have declared to us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from your handling which will alter the product or its packaging (The handling and examination of the goods must be carried out in the manner in which you would be allowed to do so in a physical store).
Process & Product Returns Methods Product Shipping:You can send us the product by following the following procedure: First you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place the completed withdrawal form and finally send the parcel to the Returns Department. Order cancellations:
1. Once you place your order on our website or place your order by phone, it is possible to cancel it.
a) with a subsequent e-mail to info@redumed.gr, if it is sent and received by redumed.gr
b) by contacting our call centre, at tel. 210 94 08 880, if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment.
2. In any other case you can cancel your order by phone at tel. 2109408880 or by e-mail to info@redumed.gr, if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment. For the fastest service, you need to know your order number. Comments: redumed.gr reserves the right to remove or legally modify its returns policy by posting the new terms and conditions on its website. In case of repeated returns by the same consumer, redumed.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of the product due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Art.281 CC). If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of the product are not met, then the product will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
